According to me, exercise is an important component of one’s quality of life. I would take benefits of exercising beyond health. Regular exercise helps to alleviate depression and boost immune system . Regular exercise for women helps to prevent osteoporosis by strengthening their bones. Women who are physically fit before and during the pregnancy often have less severe back pain and labor pain.

Physically active women have lower risk of breast cancer. Regular physical activity helps with arthritis. Hip fractures is seen as one of the most important and dangerous issues of women especially if they are older. But women who workout daily or on an alternate basis, build the resistance and ability to manage pain and do everyday tasks. People who maintain an active lifestyle have a 45% lower risk of developing heart disease than do inactive or sedentary people. Regular exercise keeps arteries flexible even in older people. Muscle strength declines as people’s age, but when people exercise they are stronger and leaner than other’s in their age group. Exercise helps to lower the risk of chronic pain in the future. Exercise is also the prevention of respiratory infections. Regular exercise has a positive effect on the general health of people with diseases of chronic conditions and lessen the severity of emotional disorders by giving the person a sense of greater control. Exercise reduces the risk of colon cancer by 50%.

Exercise reduces the risk of breast cancer in women in pre and post menopausal women up to 30%. Exercise can cure major depression issues or emotional disorders of the adult. Just 30 minutes of brisk walk is the most important or essential meditation in relieving symptoms and reducing relapse. Exercise decreases some of the most troublesome emotional symptoms of menopause. They are also back friendly because it helps to keep your back straight and your chest lifted. So ladies! It’s a perfect exercise which you can add up in your daily routine and they can virtually be done anywhere and anytime. 3. Running / walking.
